There is declining trust between agencies and clients, and there probably has never been a better time to deploy a structured, formal mutual feedback process – ideally overseen by a neutral 3rd party – in order to identify issues and misunderstandings, re-start the dialogue in a structured way and seek to restore trust to achieve a better working relationship as highlighted in this Market Leader article. Restoring trust is something that seemingly applies not only to Clients and their Agency partners but also their respective Associations.
